This program will run for 10 sessions, with a 1-week break in the middle. The dates are as follows:

September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

October 14, 21, 28

November 4, 11

• Children 5 years old and younger (along with older siblings) are welcome to attend.

• A parent participation class, come ready to do yoga with your child(ren)!
