Sierra Leadership Institute, September 22-26 at Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys. Sierra Business Council has conducted the Sierra Leadership Institute for over ten years and enjoys an active network of 250 alumni throughout the Sierra Nevada. The program teaches practical, hands-on leadership skills such as negotiation, facilitation, collaboration, running effective meetings, and civic engagement.
